Must have skills:

• Strong expertise in the design of both analog and digital circuits
• Ability to develop schematics from scratch following industry and quality standards
• Strong technical knowledge in embedded system design, microprocessors, and 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers
• Strong & diverse technical skills in using hardware scope probes, in-Circuit-Emulators, Simulators, or Debuggers for troubleshooting.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with Mentor Graphics (PADS) or similar software in all the hardware lifecycles.

Job role:

The candidate will be part of the management team supporting NeoAura’s strategy and development of a robust and innovative Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem, including defining platform requirements, customer experience (e.g., digital touchpoints, P&S, service concept), and market strategies. Ensure the company’s road maps are executed as intended.

• Coordinate the deployment of our IoT services by taking ownership of planning and logistics activities
• Oversee the installation of devices on-site and provide after-sales support
• Establish the device ordering procedure, device inventory management, device calibration, and certification, and repair procedures
• Be responsible for the maintenance of the IoT support and completion and accuracy of the training material
• Identify and train regional IoT champions and manage them regularly in implementing our devices
• Establishing 24/7 customer service and operating 1st / 2nd / 3rd line support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven understanding and experience with IoT devices and services
• Must have a product management background
• Must be able to understand and develop product and service development strategies
• Able to conduct competitive analysis, sales planning, inventory control, and financial planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
